Gregory Crewdson has inspired me

I never would have thought much about what it took to produce such a brilliant photo, such as the many that Greg Crewdson used for his art. After watching the documentary, I've grown towards wanting to play with the idea of building a scene for a photograph. While it's obvious that photos such as Ophelia were created, but I had no idea that a scene was set up, and that an accordion camera was used to produce such detailed, beautiful works of art that are usually perceived as dark, but now I feel as though they are documentaries of surburban life.

Luckily I have my phone back, so I can post the selfies I've missed

I AM SO EXCITED

I just found out that my favorite band Brand New is finally coming to St. Louis. This is my dream come true because I have loved this band for so long and I have never been anywhere close enough to see them. They played Riot Fest recently and then went to Europe for a few shows. 

And then I get home because of the snow day to find out that they are finally coming out, AND TO THE PAGEANT is making me lose my mind. I will make sure that I get these tickets if I have to sell my brother and eat my kneecaps.
